Channel Manager · ready to go
Booking.com and Expedia, connected both ways
A certified two-way channel manager built into Lodging Suite, with guest messaging included. One calendar, one set of rates, every channel updated within a minute. $29 per property per month.
No more second calendar
Most small properties juggle a PMS, a separate channel manager and the OTA extranets, and fix double bookings by phone. With Lodging Suite the channel manager is part of the system: a room sold on Booking.com closes on Expedia, Agoda and your website a minute later, and a price you change at the desk goes everywhere.

Everything a channel manager should do
Rates and availability out
Prices, rooms left and restrictions (minimum and maximum stay, stop-sell, closed to arrival or departure) go to every channel within about a minute of any change, sending only what changed.
Bookings in
New OTA bookings, changes and cancellations arrive as reservations on their own, on the tape chart with the channel badge, the room count updated everywhere.
Guest messages in
Booking.com and Expedia guest messages land in your Guest Messages inbox next to your texts. Reply there, or let AI draft or send the answer from your knowledge base.
Per-channel prices
Charge more on a channel than on your own website, by percent or dollars per night, to cover commission. Restrictions stay the same everywhere.
Smart Pricing, everywhere
Approved Smart Pricing changes reach every channel automatically, so your OTA rates follow demand as closely as your website does.
Know what each channel costs
The Channel Production report shows revenue and commission by channel next to your direct bookings, so you can see what direct is worth.
Draft reply, written by AI
Hi Sarah, yes to both! Parking is $12 a night in our lot behind the hotel, and dogs up to 50 lb are welcome for $35 per stay. We'll have a water bowl waiting. See you on the 18th!
OTA guest messaging, with AI replies
Messages from Booking.com and Expedia guests come straight into Lodging Suite, linked to the reservation. The AI drafts an answer from your knowledge base (parking, pets, check-in times) for staff to send, or replies on its own and flags anything that needs a person. Messaging is included with the Channel Manager.

Channel Manager questions
Which channels can I connect?
Booking.com, Expedia (including Hotels.com), Agoda and many more, plus Airbnb and Vrbo for vacation rentals. You connect your own channel accounts and map your rooms and rate plans in a guided screen inside Lodging Suite.
Is it really two-way?
Yes. Availability, rates and restrictions go out; bookings, modifications, cancellations and guest messages come in. Our connection is certified, and nothing has to be re-typed by hand.
What does it cost?
$29 per property per month, every channel included, on the same invoice as Lodging Suite. No per-booking fees from us. The OTAs still charge you their usual commission.
Who collects payment for OTA bookings?
Each OTA booking shows whether the guest paid the channel or pays at the property, right on the reservation, so the desk knows what to collect.
How do I get started?
Ask us to switch it on, during your trial or after. We set up the connection; you link your channel accounts and map rooms, then press Re-send everything once. From then on it runs itself.
