Virtual Front Desk · AI phone and text

Your front desk phone, answered around the clock

A multilingual AI receptionist on your own number that quotes, books and texts a pay link.

Virtual Front Desk

Every call answered. Every booking captured. Even at 2 a.m.

Your property's own phone number, answered by an AI receptionist who knows your rooms, rates and policies. She checks real availability, books the room and texts a secure payment link, in a natural conversation. When a caller needs a person, she transfers them and briefs your staff first.

  • Quotes live availability and rates for any dates, straight from your calendar
  • Books the room, holds it, and texts the guest a secure pay link
  • Multilingual, switching to the caller's language the moment they do
  • Answers guest texts on the same number; staff can take over any time
  • Answers questions from your own knowledge: parking, pets, breakfast, check-in
  • Transfers to the desk with a spoken briefing, or takes a message
Never takes card numbers over the phone; payment is always by secure link.
Before transferring a caller who isn't speaking English, she warns them the desk may only speak English.
AI answers, desk rings first, forward, or a weekly schedule: switch from the dashboard.
Every call logged with a transcript, translated into English for your staff.

$29 per property per month, 100 minutes of calls included, then $0.20 per minute.

An optional add-on to any plan. Your own local number comes with it.

She's multilingual, so try it in another language too. Book a room by phone and watch it appear in the demo back office.

How a call goes

  1. 1

    A caller dials your number

The assistant answers on the first ring with your greeting, any hour, any day.

  2. 2

    She checks real availability

Dates, party size and room type go straight to your live calendar and rate rules, the same ones your website uses.

  3. 3

She books and holds the room

The reservation is created on the spot, held until the payment deadline you set, and shows in Reservations with an AI Phone badge.

  4. 4

The guest pays by secure link

A text with a Stripe link goes to the guest's mobile, or an email if they have no mobile. Paid, the booking confirms itself.

  5. 5

    People stay in the loop

Callers who want a person are transferred to your desk with a spoken briefing; messages pop up on the front desk screen with a chime.

  6. 6

    Any language you hear most

She's multilingual: she greets in English and switches to the caller's language the moment they do, with a native voice. Your staff read every call in English.

Common questions

Does she take card numbers?

No, never. Payment is always by a secure link. If a caller starts reading a card number she stops them, and card numbers are blocked from every note and transcript.

What if the caller has no mobile or email?

She still books and holds the room, then connects the caller to your front desk to pay by phone, briefing your staff first. If nobody can take the call she leaves a callback message.

When does she transfer?

Whenever the caller asks, for anything she cannot do such as changes or cancellations, and for phone payments. You set the desk number and staffed hours; outside them she takes a message or tries the transfer anyway, your choice. Transfers show your own number as caller ID.

Which languages does she speak?

She's multilingual. She listens for the caller's language and switches voice and language on her own. Calls in other languages are translated into English, line by line, in the call log.

Does she answer texts too?

Yes. Guests can text the same number; she answers, quotes and books by text, in their language. Staff see every conversation in Guest Messages and can take over at any time.

Can the desk answer first?

Yes. Choose AI answers, ring the desk first then the AI, forward to another number, or a weekly schedule. Switch from the dashboard or the staff app.

What does it cost?

It is an optional add-on billed per property with a local number included; the current price is on the pricing page. Every call is logged with a transcript in your PMS.
