Pricing questions
What counts as a room?
Every active room in your property. Add rooms and the monthly amount follows automatically; remove them and it drops. All rooms are billed at the tier your total falls in.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $49 a month, which only matters for properties under nine rooms. Everything else is per room.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing, until you add a card. Add one any time during the 30 days and the subscription starts when the trial ends. Without one, the account pauses until you add it.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fee, no contract, no booking commission and no markup on card processing. Cancel from Settings whenever you like; access runs to the end of the paid month.
Do you charge extra for users, the app or the website plugin?
No. Unlimited staff accounts, the staff app, website booking (WordPress plugin, embed code or hosted booking page), online check-in, add-on sales, payments, QuickBooks and door lock integrations are all included.
Which AI features are included?
AI add-on offers, AI guest summaries and VIP suggestions, the morning housekeeping plan and the AI knowledge base are in every plan. Smart Pricing and the Virtual Front Desk are add-ons. AI replies to Booking.com and Expedia messages come with the Channel Manager.
How are add-ons billed?
Per property, on the same monthly invoice as your rooms. Smart Pricing and the Channel Manager are a flat monthly price; the Virtual Front Desk includes a block of call minutes with a per-minute rate beyond that. The exact figures are above. Ask us to switch any add-on on or off.
